Our community offers lease term lengths ranging from 7 to 15 months.
We offer a variety of floor plans ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments.
Utilities are not included in the base rent; water, sewage, and trash are billed based on usage, and there is a $55 monthly internet package as well as a $20 monthly pet rent per pet.
Residents have access to a fitness center, pool, hot tub, business center, dog park, bike tools station, and a car wash station.
While we do not have charging stations on-site, there are several ChargePoint stations located within a mile and approximately five minutes away.
Guests are welcome to park for free in our surface parking lot.
Our community is served by several transit options, including Transfort, the CSU Transit Center, the Harmony Transfer Center, and Groome Transportation.
We are located near several local attractions, including Downtown Fort Collins, The Gardens on Spring Creek, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery, and Landings Park.
Standard mail is handled at the mail station, while larger packages are delivered directly to the resident's door.
